I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for two exceptional carers, Phuntsho and Shareena, who visit my mum twice a week. My mum is in the final stages of dementia, and the level of care, dignity, and compassion these two wonderful ladies provide is truly beyond words.

Phuntsho and Shareena don’t just do their job, they show genuine love, patience, and respect, not only to my mum but to our family. Their visits bring comfort and light into what can often be very challenging days. Their presence is a blessing, and the peace of mind they give us is priceless.

Over the weekend, my son got married, and knowing that Mum was in such capable and caring hands allowed me to focus on the day. I was able to celebrate with a full heart, knowing Mum was being looked after with the utmost care, kindness, and professionalism.

My husband and I are forever grateful to Phuntsho and Shareena. They are truly angels on earth, and I cannot thank them enough for the difference they make in our lives. Carers like them are rare, and they deserve to be recognised for the incredible work they do.

I write this review as a 1st time user of Caring Society under the auspices of TCH PHSP following the dislocation and double fracture of my right elbow.

I have nothing but total praise for the assistance I was given. The individual carers allocated to me were fantastic, they listened to what personal and home assistance I needed that day, always with a chatty attitude and smiles. If a forthcoming carer attendance time needed to be modified due to other changed appointments etc. this was handled quickly and with no evident fuss.

I saw carer (sorry I have mislaid the spelling of her name but it was phonetically pronounced as Yarn) more often than any other and I was most impressed with her caring attitude. I could not have been happier with the service I received from all my carers and I absolutely never had any thoughts of complaining about anything.

Because of frequent emergency unanticipated medical appointments, I had to postpone Caring visits at the last minute. The administration staff I dealt with were always so obliging, understanding and cooperative. I greatly appreciated their compassion and assistance in rescheduling necessary home care visits.

After hospitalisation mum needed some help with personal care. The service you provided was excellent. The carers deserving of their title. They were punctual, calm, organised and kind. Communication with management was easy and prompt fully accommodating my timetable requests. So thank you Caring Society for your service.

I had been employed for 4 months I received shocking employment references to get a job. Just be careful employees they give unfair and unfavourable references for jobs as it happened to me as employee I have the evidence I can reveal.

They don’t communicate any performance issues.

Mums post op care was well organised and the staff who came to her home were always very friendly and helpful . They did a great job with the domestic assistance and treated mum with dignity and respect.

Communication with the main office was always helpful and we appreciated the follow up calls we received from Mr Benjamin Aniche.

Courteous and helpful staff who are ready to adapt to my circumstances and preferences. Also I appreciate the notice I receive each week setting out times arrival times and readiness to investigate the possible provision of social support
